Reinvent Initiative’s program is designed to support individuals throughout every stage of their reentry process, starting before their release and extending into their transition back into the community. The program is structured in four key phases:
Tier 1
During this phase (typically beginning 6 months prior to release), clients participate in general education courses to assess their current situation, define personal and professional goals, and begin making actionable steps toward achieving them. These foundational classes equip clients with the knowledge and tools necessary to prepare for life after incarceration.
Tier 2
In this phase, clients receive targeted support through specialized courses based on their progress and unique goals.
Release Day
On the day of release, RI ensures that clients have the necessary documentation, resources, and plans in hand. Staff and mentors remain available to offer support and guide clients through the early stages of reentry.
